If you access Questx products and services from a mobile device, Questx may collect limited information from your device, including location data.

Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or to otherwise meet legal requirements.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
Like other web sites, Questx uses your domain, IP address and browser information to help diagnose problems with Questx’s products and services and equipment, to administer the products and services, and for security purposes. “Cookies” are pieces of data sent from a Web server to a Web browser that enable a Web server to identify users that visit a site hosted by that server. Questx may use Cookies in order to identify you to our sites so that Questx can provide more customized information and services to you. FIND ME NOW SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
When using our services, Questx will request your permission to obtain your current location using your mobile phone. Questx uses this data to determine your location for roadside assistance services. Once we have your permission, we will use this information to help map your current location and relay that information to a service provider in your area. We will only use this location service while dispatching a service provider to your location.
Important Message from your Cellular Provider (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and others). This is not a Cellular Provider application. If you use this application, it may require your Cellular Provider to disclose your customer information, including Mobile Phone Location Information, to the application provider or some other third party. By providing your consent, you authorize your Cellular Provider to disclose your information to third parties to enable this application. Check the application’s terms of use and the policies for more information about how the application will collect, access, use or disclose your information. Terms of use and other policies usually are available on the application provider’s website. If you aren’t comfortable with the application’s policies, don’t use it. You acknowledge and agree that (1) your relationship with the application provider is separate from your relationship with your Cellular Provider; (2) your Cellular Provider is not responsible for this application; and (3) you will hold harmless your Cellular Provider and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any judgments, claims, actions, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from or attributable to this application or the acts or omissions of the application provider.
OPTING OUT OF FIND ME NOW
The explicit opt-in provided by a caller is for a one time use of Find Me Now to assist us in locating you during your call and service. There are no subscriptions, no sign ups, nor any other explicit opt-in that would necessitate any need for an opt-out capability. Opt-out occurs automatically after each call is complete and no further attempts to use Find Me Now to locate the caller will be made without another corresponding explicit opt-in.
STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or to otherwise meet legal requirements. A caller’s disablement location, obtained verbally, or by FindMeNow may be kept on our system for up to 2 years for auditing purposes.
