We know how stressful a roadside incident can be, so we always ask ourselves “what if a family member was stranded on the side of the road?” Our main core value was clear from the very beginning, “No customer left behind!” We’ve embodied this anthem with our clients, customers and employees ever since! We always say “yes” before “no” and we always find a way to get the job done! We live in a culture of yes and ours is no exception!
We Do The Right Thing
It is not about who is right, it is about what is right! Our moral compass points towards fairness, honesty and respect at all times, whether it be with a co-worker, customer, supplier or stakeholder. We alway strive to put integrity and character above all else because we know it is the core foundation for true long-lasing happiness and success in all areas of life. So it only made sense for us to weave this value deeply into our business ethos from the very start.
Choose A Good Attitude
Our company’s story was forged by people who “choose a good attitude.” This value is critical because the only thing we can control every day when we wake up is our attitude. We attack the day with passion and optimism. We put others first and demonstrate proactive customer service. We do what is hard and beyond what is expected, not to impress, but to genuinely do what is in the best interest of others. We celebrate successes and lean into mistakes, to gain the lessons and find the inches which will make today’s mistake tomorrow’s success.
Grit has always been a pillar at Questx. We always get up when we are knocked down. Mental toughness is essential to success. Vince Lombardi famously said, “the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.” Once a person has made a commitment to a way of life, they put the greatest strength in the world behind them, once we truly commit nothing will stop us short of our goals. Leaders are not born; they are made just like everything else – through hard work and grit!
